While I do not personally believe it (for a variety of reasons), it is almost as if the government is trying to destroy the economy. The likelihood seems to grow week by week for the development of an intense inflationary depression down the road.
So I do think that it is possible to see things quite potentially get out of hand and into a downward spiral. One cannot dismiss it as an impossible happening, thought up solely by crazies and crackpots. (It thus does seem to be a "Depression Era II.")
And the world will not forever subsidize us, by the way. But, aren't we lucky to have a man of change in charge? (If we really want change, maybe we should listen to the advice of Thomas DiLorenzo.)
